Last time we talked about Facts and Opinions wherein we define first what Fact is and we define it as any information used as evidence or as part of a report or Facts are things that can be proven. After that next we define what an opinion is and we define it as a belief or judgment of a one person. There are also three kinds of Opinion, 1st is a Valid opinion this are the things that can be supported by facts, 2nd is Faulty opinion this opinion is a NON SEQUITOR or simply we call it illogical and the 3rd is Informed opinion and this kind of opinion must have a basis. After that we define also the five kinds of Opinion and these are Hypothesis, Theory, Assumptive, Value and Exaggerated Statements. Hypothesis Statements are assumption made in an attempt to explain an observation. Theory Statements are opinions that widely believed explanation for a group observation, even though there are many theories there are only 2 well known theories: the Theory of Relatively and Evolutionary Theory. Assumptive Statements are opinions that can be proved. Value Statement is any claim that based on someone’s belief. Last is Exaggerated Statement this Statement is one that embellishes the fact, often to sway the reader. We must know how to differentiate fact or opinion because it is very important so that we can determine when someone is telling a truth or a lie. I think fact is easy to determine and an opinion is not like that much but I think when you know how to determine fact you can also now know how to determine opinions.  =)
